Big thanks to all of the great comments we've been
getting on "Harp Guitar Heroes" via YouTube. Now that
everyone and their grandmother is uploading material
to YouTube, we here at NealHam like to take what we
can get these days. Cheers to over 5000 views!
Just an announcement to let you all know that I will
be posting my new album “Resurface to the Surface”
this Sunday, December 13th. The album will posted for
FREE download right here on NealHam!
This has been a long time coming for me and I am very
excited to share it with you all. So tell your
friends and family, and get ready for an acoustic
face-melting!
NealHam will soon add a new page to the website
titled, Music. This will feature original music by
yours truly. I have been working on a 6 song EP for
the past few weeks, and it's been a long time coming.
The songs feature mainly me and my acoustic guitar.
Stay tuned for the first EP, "Resurface to the
Surface" to be released for FREE download right here
on NealHam. Due to be released by Christmas.
First of all, thanks for all of the positive feedback
we have received on “Harp Guitar Heroes”. We couldn’t
be happier with the response. Soon we’ll start
working on our next doc, so stay tuned for that.
The 48 is once again upon us, and NealHam is set to
start tomorrow. This year marks NealHam’s 5th year in
the 48 and we’re hoping that 5 will be the magic
number. But it probably won’t.
Don’t forget to come watch NealHam’s film this year
at the Hollywood Theater, Wednesday, August 19th at
9:30pm. You can purchase your tickets here: 48 Hour Film Project 2009

Big thanks to all of the NealHam supporters that came

dialog.”
This just in! We have just been informed that our
film "Noah and the Time Therapist" has won audience

audience favorite.
With that said, you now have one more chance to catch
our film on the big screen. The best of Portland
screening will be on August 25th, 7 pm, at the
Hollywood Theater. Here's a link where you can

NealHam has once again completed a film in 48 hours
for the Portland 48 Hour Film Project. We are very
proud of our entry this year and would love for you
to come see it. Our film is screening this thursday,
August 14th, 7pm at the Hollywood Theater. Here’s
where you can buy your tickets online: 48 Hour Film

early.
We hope to see you all at the screening! Of course,
soon after the screening we will post our new film
“Noah and The Time Therapist” online. So be checking
back for that!
Our pal Daniel Sharp finally posted his short film
about Sweetpea Bicycles that yours truly had the
pleasure of editing. Big thanks once again to Dan for
hooking us up with the gig.
In other news, our partner in crime Marshall Bradley
has finally gotten to the point of finishing his
short film; and there was much rejoicing. Opie 1,
edited once again by yours truly, will most likely be
released within the next few weeks. So stay tuned for
that.
And lastly, NealHam is once again gearing up for the
48 hour film project here in Portland. This year, as
always, we plan on taking the gold! So stay tuned for
more updates on everything right here at NealHam
headquarters!
That's right, "Tales From The
Bottle" will be on the "Drinking with Ian" show airing on
a Minneapolis TV station this week. Our newly
found friend Brian, who just HAD to get a hold
of us because he loved Tales so much, describes
the show as, "A chaotic late-night show that
includes guests, bands, short films, and lots of
liquor." So yeah, it's right up our alley!
Big thanks to Brian and all the people involved in
"Drinking with Ian" for the opportunity. Here's
another link that explains the show a little more:

Also, in NealHam news, we now have a nice Flickr
badge on the home page. So click on the images and
check out the pictures. Do it!
Even though this a late update, it’s a good
one. NealHam was recently a part of the “Killer
Valley Horror Film Festival down in Medford OR. We
are proud to announce that we took home “best
director” for both “Remote Control Optional” and “The
Button Pusher’.
Big thanks to Levi and Sidfilmz for hooking us up with
the gig. Congrats to Levi as well for taking
home ‘best actor” for “Remote Control Optional”.
You can read all about the festival and NealHam in
this Medford Mail Tribuine article:
NealHam is video production
organization founded by independent filmmaker Alden Morgan
and creatively held together by many talented individuals.
We hope you enjoy our films.
